That bench form is very powerful, I saw an American practitioner performing a similar set from a tape of the Tornament 2000 in FL.

The player on that tape has yet to reach the skill level of the older man who did the head beating thang.

Any comments on the bench form?

OK so the Pak Mei form is NOT jik bo…still its damn fast, what characteristics to the Pak Mei family find good/bad about this mans performance? To me the player has super fast hands ..what are poinions of his power?
