carbosensitive

i was really bored and was flicking through the tv channels when i came across a home shopping channel and they were trying to sell some sort of new diet method. they did a questionaire about what sort of eater you are and i turned out to be carbosensitive. they didn’t really explain it and i wasn’t going to waste £70 on this thing so i was wondering if anyone knew what it meant, and if it’s real and not something the shopping channel made up what (if anything) can i do about it?

thanks in advance

“satisfaction loses,and humility gains”

Carbo sensitive people get a bigger insulin response from carbs. When they eat carbs the insulin rises making them store more fat, then it drops making them hungry. They get caught up in a cycle of over eating that’s hard to break. Some signs of being carbo sensitive: always hungry, can’t stop eating, irritable when you haven’t eaten, and headaches when you haven’t eaten.
