Spoke with the lady who organizes that class. Explained that I had spoken to my teachers in both lineages and had permission to open a school instead of a study group. I explained to her the difference in being able to take on a teacher role instead of just a senior student.
I told her how this opened the lineages and allowed them a higher source of knowledge than me. Then I explained what a Grand master is 
and told her it was really a head of a lineage.
She wanted to talk to her friend. I invited him to a free demo and let her know she can verify that I am what I say I am by contacting my teachers.
Talk about tiptoeing around the subject!!
