who here has used cable devices, and what were your results with them?

also, what ones did you find useable for the most different exercises?

i’m asking because i don’t have room for a weight bench or rack, but i want to add a little more resistance to the BW exercises i’m doing.

that, and i travel often enough that i want to take the stuff with me.

John Brookfield wrote [this](http://www6.mailordercentral.com/ironmind/prodinfo.asp?number=1303&variation=&aitem=12&mitem=39) book recently. You might want to thumb through it if you can find a copy. That might be hard since it appears to only be sold online. Then again, I haven’t read it and it’s a bit expensive for such a thin little thing. But it does sound like something you could use.
