Bruces fitness routine

can someone post Bruces Lee’s weekly fitness routine for me with a brief explanaition of each exercise.

also, does anyone here do his fitness routine or parts of it that work best for you?

one thing i learned…

Doing static stances for long periods of time makes your kicks hit alot harder. They have more “stick” to them.
