Bodyweight drills...

Looking for lots of bodyweight drills…

Just read a post on hindu squats and cat stretches. I know of quite a few, looking for other variations and possibly some drills I dont know about. Hopefully others can use this info also.

My daily routine consists of forms, stance, and bodyweight drills. Your comments will be helpful.

you can add monkey jacks (frog jumps) to your routine. Also, search for the Ironfist’s pushup thread.
