Who knows? Of course verbal tradition says that it is descended from Bak Mei himself. Its just like saying Yim Wing Chun was the originator of Wing Chun, dragon style is from Tai Yuk, Xing Yi is from Yueh Fei, and of course the usual stories of all martial arts having its origins from Bodhidharma in Shaolin. Maybe the Bak Mei style has links to Hoi Fong, like to tell us more about it?
