I think everyone is ignoring Fierce Tiger’s question because we just don’t know what the exact 18 Bak Mei Bridges are! However, I thank him for asking the question - which has got me thinking about the form a little differently!

Well, I’ll try to start (my own speculation - biased towards LY)…

  1. Moh-Kiew? (magic bridge)

  2. Soy Kiew? (smash bridge)

  3. Hau Kiew? (stealing bridge)

  4. Gok Kiew? (passing bridge)

  5. Joy Mor Kiew? (following / touch bridge)

  6. Mor-Cup? (touch / cover)

  7. Tuet Kiew? (rolling bridge)

  8. Dam Kiew? (cruel / destroy bridge)

  9. Chum Kiew? (sink the bridge)

  10. Tiew Kiew? (lift bridge)

maybe it was a real question based on the assumption that everytime we see an “18” we think there MUST be 18 of SOMETHING SOMEWHERE… Sadly what happens is that people think they must’ve missed out and invent the 18 of something as if to cover some MA visible panty line…
