once every 3 or 4 weeks

I train in my back yard and in my basement 
My Si Fu lives in Winnipeg.
I am maintaining my affiliation with his school and the styles there.
I have invested a lot of time and effort into the path I am on and I have no intention of jumping ship now
He has given me plenty to work with and now it’s a matter of refinement and practice, practice, practice.
