Hey KFO,

I just wanted to speak up in case you’ve never dealt with Amerross before. Their tapes are top notch. The put a lot of what is explained in “mystical” terms in CMA into hard science on their tapes. I studies Ba Gua Zhang before getting bit by the grappling bug, and while watching ROSS’s “The Grappler’s Toolbox” I finally understood what the aim of some of the “internal” exercises of Ba Gua were.

This new tape Arthrokentics is pretty much just principle based submission which I’m sure you CMA guys would appreciate. I’d bet that it would be a great addition for those that already have “Practical Chin Na” by Zhao Da Yuan and Tim Cartmell.

Ford,
“Principle based grappling” is a phrase I’ve been waiting to hear! Any idea where I could see a brief clip or two from these videos? I like to at least have a small sample before I spend big bucks. Thanks.

No clips have been released on Arthrokinetics (the Principles of Ssubmissions). However, you can check out clips of Mr. Sonnon and his series on the Principles of Throws and Takedowns (Called "Immovable Object Unstoppable Force) at www.onthemat.com.
