I was just wandering if anyone has used those Apple Cider Vinegar pills for weight loss or for cleaning out your system?

…I just go to the source and drink Strongbow myself!!! (thats one for the Brits on here). Every now and again I have a bit of Scrumpy too!!!
i find scrumpy jack a bit too sweet, but then i’m not realy a cider drinker, guinness is the nectar! mmmm

don’t worry about apple cider vinegar, it’s just a myth. I’m sure I can dig up some articles to back that up - I’ll try to find some.

I drink the Bragg ACV for health purposes, as it is supposed to be very beneficial for that. As far as using it for weight loss, I don’t know.
