There are some good Kung Fu Schools in Syracuse, I don’t know of any Mantis Schools. I am about 1hr. away, let me ask around and get back to you.

I live in Rochester NY, it is between Buffalo and Syracuse.

Check William CC Chen’s web site, it’s not pray mantis, but he has a student in Syracuse by the name of Carol Mancuso, if anything she could help you track don what you are looking for. SHe’s a very nice lady.
