Steve Dyde is the new teacher Hinckley
Because he was taught by Samual Kwok, he must be quite good.
I think i’ll try out his lessons next week.

Dave Hawkins was my first Sifu - i trained with him when he taught Wing Chun and Mantis, he now teaches Choy Lee Fut - I still keep in touch - Great guy, good teacher.
Steve Dyde - started under Dave Hawkins, changed to Antony Warwick in Coventry (Samuel Kwok) as he wanted to concentrate on Wing Chun - Dave was more interested in Mantis than the Wing Chun. - I wasn’t aware he had a club in Hinckley, - i trained with Steve when we both trained under Dave although he was a older (and considerably better) than me. - Great Guy, good teacher.
Sorry for Misinformtion Steve Dyde does not train under Antony Warwick, both of these gentlemen have their own clubs, in Coventry, under Samuel Kwok. - For a second back there it sounded like i knew what i was talking about.
Where/When is his Hinckley club??? Wasn’t aware he had a club in Hinckley and I live there?!?
Derek Flint - Started under Dave Hawkins, left when Dave concentrated on the Mantis. Was with Dereck Freason but left there when Dereck Freason changed to Foshan lineage under Lun Kia (Sp) as he did not want to change from his Yip Man lineage. - As above Great Guy, Good teacher.

Steves school just opened a few weeks ago. He teaches in the P.E company near the leisure centre. (I thinks its called the health and fitness centre now). His classes begin at 6.30 to 8pm on Mondays.
My uncle trained with him in the early times ( Kok Leung Cheung)maybe you might know him too.
I live in Hinckley near the Tin Hat and I’ll be attending Steves class this Mon.
