Yes, Chan Hak Fu teaches Bak Hoc P’ai in Chinatown. You have to go to BLT and ask where his school is, good luck.

The school is at the Tai Chi Chuan Association building on Canal Street along with the Hung Moon Association.
Chan Hak Fu started the school but he hasn’t been there for along time. Rumor has it that he has passed away.
