I’ve heard yesterday on TV that there’s gonna be a new Bruce Lee movie!
They said that they will take old footages of Bruce and digitalized them to make an entirely new film. The real one or an animated version like in the Brisk ad? Don’t know.
But i know that it’s a japanese project .
I don’t have much info than that.
Please add info if you can or give your opinion.

yeah I heard they were redoing Game of Death so that they don’t have that guy hiding his face running around all over the place.

Yes, I heard that. From what I know, they found 40 minutes of lost B. Lee footage for the Game Of Death and are editing the movie like Bruce intended to in his last notes.
The DVD is out in zone 2 (Japan and England z2 DVDs).
I read a very serious DVD magazine saying that this footage is a treasure in which B. Lee has not lost a bit of charisma, screen power and talent compared to how he impressed people back in the days.
They said that no one can doubt he was a visionary performer and a cinema genius after seeing these 40 minutes.
Crimson Pheonix’ post gives me renewed hope. 40+ minutes more of the real Bruce Lee? I’m so in!

I just watched all 5 of Bruce’s movies in a row with some friends last weekend.
It seems that they are all the same characters and basically they are also all the same variation on a theme.

What Legend says is correct. It is supposed to be a whole new movie my a Japanese or Korean Group. They purchased the rights to use Bruce Lee from his wife who will supervise to some degree. The movie is to be called “Dragon Warrior” and will make a digital Bruce similar to how them made Jar Jar Binks in the Stars Wars: Phantom Menace.
Sounds interesting if they do it right.

How can you recreate Bruce Lee? I mean, technically yes you could but the whole thing about bruce was his freaky little nuances.
So now we get imitation computer generated carefully prepared nuances?
