Wudang Qigong Health
Wudang Internal Kungfu was first created by one of the most well known ancient Wudang Taoist Priests, Zhang San-feng. Zhang San-feng became famous during the late years of the Yuan Dynasty and the beginning years of the Ming Dynasty.

He is as disciple of the 15th generation of Wudang Sanfeng Kungfu When he was 6 years old, he has been trained kungfu basic skill by his uncle Master Zhong Yun Long, Due to his keen interest in Kungfu, he has been in Wudang Mount after his graduation from junior school and apprenticed Master Zhong Yunlong to learn wudang kungfu since September 1992.
