electronic muscle enhancers

has anyone ever used one of these , are they any good. i know mr. bruce lee was fond of them. do they really work. thanks

Everything I've ever heard about them indicates they're garbage. They might be good for injury rehab, but not for performance. I've even heard some people say they make you weaker.

I've never used them myself, though. Just repeating what I've heard.

yeah I've got one of those

I've owned one for quite a while- I think its good to use as well as training or for instance if you miss a regular training session or something like that, I find it does enhance muscle size although strength and muscle size are not necessarily related.
Also something that is quite good with them is that (if u use the right setting) it increases the amount of fast twitch fibres for quicker punches etc.
