TCM

Hello to all!

I get acupuncture against asthma and several allergies (and even once against "stiff muscles") and I'm very surprised how good it works, even after few sessions.

Now I'm trying to get more information about TCM, especially energy and flow. Could someone please tell me some good links or, better, give a short explanation?

Thanks a lot!

Armin.

There is a book called "The Web That Has No Weaver" by Ted Kaptchuk. This is a pretty good book covering Acupuncture/Chi theory.

Glad to hear Acupuncture is working well for you :).
