Horse Stance Metal Training Rings

In the near future I wan't to get them, but don't want to pay $20 a piece for them.....Anyone know of a cheap way to make them? Has anyone made them and is there a reason why ankle weights wouldn't work just as well?

If your not bleeding, your not having enough fun.

If your just want them to add weight then they are fine, But the rings have quite a few more benefits. The way the rings move and even the sound they make is very important. The differences between between properly executed techniques and sloppy ones are very obvious by the sounds they make. The rings also condition the wrists and forearms very well. In other words buy the rings
