Stretching?

Does Anyone know of any good web sites that offer good stretching programs that can be used to help to develop doing the splits or for more flexibility in me kicking? Any site will be greatly appreciated.

This page actually has links to different places, and I think the stretching/flexibility part is actually from a gymnastics thing, but it is useful. Oh yeah, I think the site is actually geared towards Karate, although that doesn't really matter. Good luck, and don't over-stretch! :)
