7 Star School

You might want to check out this URL: http://www.northernmantis.com for details. Visitors are encouraged to drop by during Beginner/Basic classes.

Check out Master Su Yu Chang

You may want to check out Master Su Yu Chang. He is an expert in five different mantis styles (7 star, 8 step, 6 harmony, secret door, and mei hua). Along with these styles, he also teaches Bajiquan, Piquazhang, Yin Style Baguazhang, Chen and Yang Taijiquan, and Xing I Quan. His website is at http://trinity.psnw.com/~ycsu/

Hope this helps

Master Su Yu Chang

He still teaches in New York at a regular basis. The schedule of his classes, his email address and also their school address is on their webpage. I definitely recommend learning from him. We just recently hosted him up here in Alaska to conduct a seminar on shi-ba lohan gong and also on ba gwun (preying mantis double rods). He is an excellent teacher. He has a way to get everybody all motivated to work hard during training. If you have the opportunity to train with this man, don't miss it.
