Do not try this at home

Got this video off a forum I visit. It's bad, really bad. All my years of grappling, and I never learned the "Frog Position".

Yes, TKD has always had ground work and grappling, didn't you know?
Just like TCMA, TKD has it only at the highest levels, 13th degree BB and up.
It translates from the Korean to "Bear wipes butt with white rabbit" techniques and as you can see, they are the same ones typcially taught at the 2nd degree BB level in GJJ.

I don't do a lot of ground work so I can't comment on the quality of the instructor but it appeared to me the class and video were geared to kids 10 and under. It looked as if the guy was doing a pretty good job.......call it frog, toad, mushroom, whatever.........doesn't matter.

Yeah, I assumed he called it Frog for the benefits of the kids. But his technique is horrible.

I stopped watching at "I would rather have punches to the back of my head than to my face."
