Help wanted expanding Mantis article

I am looking for people who can help expand Wikipedia's "Northern Praying Mantis" boxing article:

I have recently expanded a few sections and added some pics, but the section describing the training regime and practical combat applications is sorely lacking. I am not a Mantis boxer myself, but I am still very interested in the subject. I realize that Wikipedia is not a group favorite here, but it will never improve if people keep on complaining instead of making contributions. If someone does decided to help, I only ask that you provide verifiable sources for all posted material. I prefer books and tend to shy away from internet sites. Thanks.

The beauty of Wikipedia is the granularity of information, something that can be difficult from perusing Internet forums. It has been building steam for a few years now and I agree with ghostexorcist about making contributions. The only problem is finding truly verifiable information not just with Mantis, but many subjects.
