Staying up late here, looking thru a bunch of old notes and misc stuff, thought I would give out a formula that I have had for 25 years or so. I dont recall where
I got this from. This is a Wing Chun dit da jow, I like its combination of herbs.

1. Gao liang jiang .......... 4 c
2. Mo yao........................3 c
3. Yan hu suo..................4 c
4. Nan xing......................4 c
5. Ban xia........................4 c
6. Chuan wu...................4 c
5. Tsao wu......................4 c
6. Dang guei wei............ 3 c
7. Tao ren ..................... 3 c
8. Fu zi .......................... 3 c
9. Jiang Huang................3 c
10. Bai zhi.........................4 c
11. Chuan Chiao...............4 c
12. Hong hua....................4 c
13. Ru Xiang.....................4 c
14. Chieh ken...................3 c
15. Hua Chiao..................3 c
16. Zhi zi..........................4 c

32 liang of rice wine, soak for 100 days before use. Enjoy.
