So you study lihuebafa? If so how do you like it in terms of street fighting? Where did you learn it from?

From what I know Liu He Men as taught by Master Liu and LiuHeBaFa are two different arts. The Liu He Ba Fa that I have experience with is also called water boxing. The guy I know has an extensive knowledge of the internal workings and he is very effective to the point where his external technique/movement looks like he is doing nothing. B1GWIL if you're looking to train in it my call would be to find a teacher who understands the internal workings very well and ask to feel it. I've met many good teachers who can really use their stuff and have developed a good amount of power but from my experience the ones that know how and develop the internal have so much more power. Just my bit.

Thanks for the advice. I study with an old master 72 years old about 5'5 110 and man he looks so powerfull when he does the form. My grandfather is about 65 and my master will knock him out so quick . When i show him tapes of other masters doing the form he know's their master or they were classmates in china. He say's that alot of masters now have made it an exercise and lost the essence somewhat like taji which he also teaches for fighting.
