Video clip from SiFu Allan C.K. Lee's recent open house

Here's a Video Clip showing an example of Wing Chun's San Jong Sau training as SiFu Lee explains to an open house audience.

The non-wc attacker comes in with a front snap kick and executes a reverse punch when he lands. The Wing Chun guy evades sideways and backwards while covering low with gum sau and the upper area with wu sau. Immediately afterwards, the Wing Chun guy, comes forward and simultaneously uses Tai Sau to cover his exposed upper area and attacks with a punch or palm to the opponents ribs. (Tai Sau is the upward covering movement in the begining of the SLT. )

This type of hypothetical situation/drill is only a basic basic idea of Applied Wing Chun training.

/Marcus
