Wu Mei Pai (Plum Flower Fist) punches

Hi,
Can someone list what all the mei hua (plum flower fist) punches are, as well as how they are performed? Are they the same long range circular swinging punches seen in the choy lay fat and hung gar systems?

I study Hung Gar and in our version of Mui Fa Kuen, there is only really one swinging fist.
