Hi OdderMensch,

I am unable to give you much help however here is what information I can provide:

Alan Lamb studied under Koo Sang or Ki Sang as it is sometimes spelled. Koo Sang is lsted as a student of the late Yip Man.

I forgot to add he was very sought after as a Dummy maker. His dummies are among the best ever made. I believe he is retired now though.

Perhaps some of Steve Cottrells students on this board could offer you more help as Alan Lamb and Steve Cottrel have, I believed, worked together on some videos. Most likely Sifu Lamb has studied with other masters who have influenced his style. I am listing Sifu lambs contact info for your information:

Alan Lamb's Wing Chun Kung Fu
1147 E Broadway #275
Glendale, CA 91205
Tel: (818) 841-4430
Contact: Alan Lamb

Peace,

Dave
