Wing Chun Training

Hello...I was wondering what some of you experienced or not so experienced thought about L-moving, short power, and what in the world is "1080 punches" and "1024 kicks". Also what are some drills for whip power?
Please reply.

Hello Alpha,

Not sure what you mean by L-Power and as to 1080 punches and 1024 kicks I have seen the term used by Randy Williams poeple but am unfamiliar with any details. I will defer to someone with knowledge specific to your questions and if no one replies I will post what information on short power and whip power I can.

Peace,

Dave
