chen push hands crap fest

Hey folks.I had a pretty mean push hands session tonight.The past few weeks ive been coming aong pretty good with it and then tonight i just sucked ass.Man was i frustrated!!!
Anyone here ever go through this.Some night your on and then you just blow.ahhhhhhhh
It was cool though,there was a bagua guy there tonight too pushing around,lots of fun but FUUUU....K!

It's like anything, your standard will change.

Maybe you have a hard time hitting the ball altogether and keep striking out. Then, maybe you hit a few singles and feel good. But later on, when you start blasting triples, a day with a few solid singles seams bad.
