I've been trying the staring till you tear method for a while now. It has seemed to help get my vision back to my current prescription, and reduce some eyestrain and drying, but I can't say that it has improved it beyond what it was before yet. I will keep trying. Let me know if u try it what kind of results u get...

starring at a candle flame

i remember reading somewhere tht starring into a candle flame can help your eyesight for martial arts. does it work and how long do you think i should stare at it for?

i've started trying the X's on the paper thingy, i'll tell you if i notice any difference.

eyes

circle eyes 36 times clockwise then 36 counter clockwise, mwditate after that and feel the energy gather in your eyes. then massage eyes with finger tips lightly, and then some energy healing, both palms over eyes and relax for a good 5-10 minutes.

hope this helps! ;)
