Warrior as Healer

Has anyone read "Warrior as Healer" by Richard Joiner?????
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
What did you think? Are the herbal concoctions any good? Is there a better "herbology for the martial arts"-type book out there?
Thanks in advance.
