Red Flower Oil

I bought this as the store had no Dit Da Jow - but the assistant said this stuff was good for bruising and so forth

Basically I need something to bring out bruising quickly - at the moment it can take up to a week for a bruise to appear after training...

Red Flower oil is good ...

... but I would go for a alcohol-based liniment for quick healing of bruises. Try Zheng Gui Sui ('fix bone water'), it's quite common and it's quite similar to standard types of Dit Da Jow.

Regards,
Wai.
