Allergies

Does anyone know any ways to treat Allergies using TCM? Allegra and Clariten don't do the job.
They have been really bad these last few weeks.

have you ever heard of NAET? It stands for Nambudripad's Allergy Elimination Technique. It combines accupressure and accupuncture to actually eliminate the body's sensitivities to certain foods/environmental allergies. I do recommend this treatment, for I have been undergoing it for about 3 years now. You'll notice very intersting results. I used to being on a competetive rowing team. the most obvious result I noticed was that after rowing a 3 1/2 mile race, I was pretty much ready to do it again about 10 minutes afterwards, whereas, it would normally take MUCH longer to recover from such an exhausting event.

I suggest you check out ask dr jan.com
you may find that doing a bit of research will, in the long run, make you healthier and happier.
