wasn't he defeated by "Corn Pop" in the all china nationals a few years back?

I heard "the choc" went on to become a criminal and eventually was charged with a string of murders.

I heard that he was under investigation by the FBI for collaborating with and selling military secrets to the Russians and the... Chex. I hear the former soviet bloc countries are really hard up for such things.
