Japanese accupuncture seminar in San Francisco

Is anyone up to date on a seminar on Japanese accupuncture by Ikeda, Masaoka and Edward Obaidey to be held in March or April? Apparently, Dr. Ikeda is one of the best in Japan.

japanese accupunture

Are the japanese the ones responsible for putting electric pulses to the needles?

my chinese doctors says that is wrong to do, very new compared to the thousands of years of non-electric accupunture and that, electricity and chi are not the same thing?

electricity and needles

I did a documentary on accupuncture in China about 6 years ago and filmed at the traditional oriental medical hospital in Guangjao (Canton). The doctors there used electricity neddle treatment. It's not uncommon in China or Japan.
