What is the sound of one knee clicking?
My knee clicks when it's cold and I straighten it. It hurts.
Sometimes it hurts a lot, and sometimes it wakes me up with the pain. It also gets caught in a strange position where it seems like I won't be able to straighten it at all. It's not the muscles around the knee. It's behind the knee cap I think. Before I get a chance to go to the doctor (in this country where they all suck anyway!) does anyone have any similar problem? Cheers.

Both my knees crack when I bend them all the way. They've done that since I was 11 or 12. I don't know why, but they've always done it. It's the same sound as when someone cracks their knuckles.
No pain yet. ::knock on wood::

I just started exercising again about 2 weeks ago. And doing squats (hindu or weighted) my left knee cracks everytime i go down. Never got any pain really though. It hasnt cracked in about a week now. Maybe from training or something, its stronger now.
as for your pain... hmmm, might be fluid or an object stuck in there? |
