unfortunately though, our society demands a "scaling" system( KFO peeps excluded of course ). Unlike the old days when real skill is more important than the colour of the belt (KFO peeps included of course).

One must understand that there are many instructor's out there who will do and say anything for a buck. Even claim that they have studied with masters who they have not. It sounds hard to believe, but they are out there.
