I find that

most good schools just get on with their teaching and don't concern themselves too much with petty *****ing.

unfortunately though, our society demands a "scaling" system( KFO peeps excluded of course ). Unlike the old days when real skill is more important than the colour of the belt (KFO peeps included of course).
