Duke Garcia-chin woo

Anyone heard of this guy? At one point, a friend of mine studied under him, chin qoo stuff, but not at a school, basically at a community center(not that that affects his skill, just saying it was not a school that would show up on the chin woo registers).

Anyway, the form my friend learned was pretty cool, looked very much like longfist. I can't seem to find this guy in my area, and its driving me nuts, as I pride myself on knowing where all the good kung fu is in KC. I thought maybe he moved or something.
