Wouldnt this 'test' have a lot to do with the speed of your net connection and how far away you are from the hosting server?

I am in alaska, is I guess because my score was low, after I do some calculations, I will be the lowest.
 Meh... I don't think this has much to do with your reaction time in a fight. A fist is easier to notice than a dot.
