Fu-Hok Tiger-Crane. But it is mostly associated with the Lam Sai-Wing lines.
Pity..I really like this diamond, but alas, I am Tang Fong line.

Logo was designed for Lam Jou by his classmate Leung Winghaang, student of Lam Saiwing in 1930's. it is called Fu Huk Jeung, "Tiger and Crane Logo".

it is a logo of Lam Jou's school, not Lam Saiwing's (Lam Saiwing had a round logo with inscriptiom "Lam Gwun", ie "Lam's Martial Arts Gym" in it)
