Looking forward to this one big time. Loved the original. Just watched Farrell in fright night and thought he did a pretty good job, other than that im unfamiliar with the guy.

It's going to be way different I read. supposedly follow the book more. I can't wait either. I was surprised how good the new Fright Night was.

No offense Doug, but I think your movie standards are a little higher than most of us due to your profession, lol

no way..i sir am not a film snob...i went into this movie expecting it to be garbage... and it didnt disapoint.. jessica beil just like in most of her movies was useless... the premise that he changed his mind for P ussy..just cheapens him as a character.. the action was good, the production design was stupendous and the best part of the movie.. but the movie itself was horrible.. plus..no mars..which i found to just be insulting..lol

no ****ing mars???? so its not an actual remake, but just a similar story?

speaking of remake of old movies arnold starred in, i would LOVE to see a remake of The Running Man

Regardless, i'll see this with the wife. She wants to see it and if I play my cards right, the night should end well.
