mmmm mashed buddhas and peas! good stuff.

idaho buddhas are the best.
strangely enough, they taste very similar to odds fish...

what you can do, is remove the skin, then mash the meat, season it with garlic, oyster sauce, and chopped onion. Replace the meat back into the skin, and skewer it and truss it together. Sprinkle the skin with finely chopped garlic and salt and bake at 350 preheated oven for 30 minutes, then ladel someo of the oyseter sauce and chopped garlic over the skin and return to crisp it.
Serve garnished with stir-fried vegies.

do you use idaho buddhas for this as well? Or are regional buddhas good?

hey, how does everyone feel about a good sock puppet discussion right now?

Mostly at the crack of dawn, or when your porch light turns on in the middle of the night!

But when they are roasted and sitting in your lunch plate they become very likable creatures.
