From what I saw, the head looks like he has some skill, but the others look ok, some should spend more time with basics.

I think what he is doing depends on what he is trying to get out of that activity, I have shadowboxed to music before to build rhythm and it is often some of the most beneficial training I have done, but it's not for beginners. You need to learn how to move before you varying such movements.

Better to master ZongziGuan (Dumpling Fists) then to depend on one of the flowery embroidered dance styles as means of defense. Not to mention the two guys in the back of the room just standing around, looking bored.

I saw zumba. It's faster and more of a workout. This is just madness.

Depends upon how you look at it. My Wing Chun could be considered bad, or evil. I used it to hurt people and it does hurt people. Unlike the dance kung fu that others do. Mantis is usless. Wushu is ballet. What other fighting system can defeat a strong WC man?

Watch this masterpiece...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature...&v=yEe_la2s3m4

This is really sad and what is wrong with martial arts. The guy teaching them this garbage wouldn't know CLF if he was hit in with a sow choy.

Really sad people pay to actually learn that.

evil? lol. like calling a gun evil. of course I'm sure bawang would give us a short description of his feelings on WC. Mantis useless? I should copy and past that in the northern section with the mantis people. What other fighting systems can defeat a strong WC man? any if the other person is determined enough. you guys get wrapped up in "style/system" to much.

The original posted video looks perfect for the streets all I would need to do is carry around a boom box to lay down that beat whenever I get into a fight
