yes,
My sifu trained under ark wong in the 1970's . Only breifly. We have a form from his system called the Salute. Snake and tiger influence for sure. I would like some info on this form from anyone else who knows it. Do you train it soft and slow, or a bit harder and faster? I hope to hear from someone in regards to this.
