Has anyone here tried Bill Philips Body For Life out? I recently purchased 2 copies (one for my own personal use and one for my brother's birthday.) I got to admit, it does look interesting on his 12 week plan to go from fat and a slob to Superman without using steroids or creatine and not starving yourself. I was just wondering if anyone tried his diet out and what they thought of the results. If you have never heard of it, go grab a copy at the book store, sit down and read some of it at the book store. If you think it might work, buy it and try it. I am planning on starting on it within the next few days.

WHERE THE JOKES AT FISH?

================================================== =
The battle started with a grapple, he had real long hair so a grabbed a hand full, and chopped 'em in the Adams-apple, his partner in back of you tried to attack you, so I'ma twist 'em up like a pret-zel then I'ma tag you/I can't believe he wanna grapple again, I swung 'em around like I was dancing wit 'em, put his arms in back of his head and snapped 'em again, I fractured his limbs and put em in the figure-"6 subtracted from 10"...

I don't agree with a lot of stuff in the BFL program; but I guess it does its job as an introduction to body building.

did someone mention bill phillips?

from what i hear, his book is a good intro. I blieve he wrote that book before he sold out. i've seen the body for life video, it was basically a giant ad for EAS. but if the book inspires you, then it was worth the money.

good luck.

I bought the book because a lot of people have been talking about it, and I know several that have benefitted for it. Basically, just something from the library. They had a contest in 2000 that offered a cash prize to the person that showed the best results from the program. The winner lost 49 pounds in 84 days and gained several pounds of lean muscle mass. If you are new to fitness, you may want to give it a look.

My sister tried BFL after her pregnancy and got fair results. I have read the book and it looks pretty basic. Good luck with it!
