My wife has a special skill, finding the worst movies ever made. She came home with a movie called "pillow book", anyone seen this piece of crap? :o
A pseudo asian movie which mixes Japanese and Chinese themes randomly, has a completely improbably plot line.... this movie has a hot asian chick naked most of the movie and it was still boring and completely unwatchable
Anyone else soffer through this?

Cinematography.
Yeah... just wondering. My wife and I watched Lust/Caution (which was sort of simmilar, a movie with lots of interesting female parts that was almost entirely unwatchable) and she was bored to tears.

I got up to get something to eath in the middle of one of the many totally naked scenes... when you can't even watch a hot naked chick?

Ah, the sex/food connundrum. Solved easily by eating sushi off a naked woman's stomach.

AHH the Pillow Book,
that was a novel adapted by the (sometimes great often bizzare) Peter Greenaway. If you really want to get annoyed see his adaptation of THE TEMPEST.
I remember reading an interesting review of that move based on the use of multiple narratives fit into layers of windows. It's been too long since I've seen it to say how accurate a description that was. Besides, I couldn't even find the essay.
Check out The Cook, the Thief, his Wife and her Lover.
if you wanna see Greenaway's Sex/Food conundrum at its best.
