I was wondering if any members of the forum have any links to some good examples of the separate animal forms of Choy Li Fut.
I have seen good examples of the crane form and I have seen two examples of the tiger form but they are not similar and the videos do not show the entire form.
I have not seen the dragon form, leopard form, monkey form, or snake form.
If anyone can provide any good examples of these form I would appreciate it.

Steve

You won't find much out there. Maybe a few clips of the main 5 but the other 5 are quite rare.

Wudang was great thanks, good training, stunning scenery, cheap Bai Zu ;) Studied Taiyiwuxingquan and Xuanmen sword, lost fifteen pounds, made some great friends
I'd thoroughly recommend it to anyone.

that Tiger set was really nice. I especially liked the retreating while striking forward, and the sidestepping while striking movements, something we don't see in the Hung Kuen Tiger-at least not in the ones that I was taught. When you go on youtube, there is a link to a girl doing the same set, slightly different, from John Wai's school. Very strong. I would like to have seen more of it and clearer.
Do you have any vids of the other five animals? Hung-Ga and CLF are cousins, and it is always interesting to see how it is played from different viewpoints. This in my opinion, gives us a clearer overall understanding of the technique.
