before i started Choy Lay Fut Buks Sing I had knee problems back problems, foot problems and anckle problems when i started after 2 weeks it healed i did karate judo tae kwon do and none of those worked now this may just sound like how good everything was and it was because of relaxing training bet it was stuff like staying in a low horse stance (legs forming an angle around 90 to a hundred degrees with feet turned in and ip pushed forward) all the seven whhel stances doing ten minutes of punching int lok gwai ma stance aand stuff like that why would that help my knee joints in particullar and my other problems.
