Its the case of "anything that you haven't done before will work".

Truly, as we know, almost any program will work for you for the first 6-8 weeks, then your body adapts and progression slows.

The thing about these new workouts is that they give you a great variety, if you are not trying to get a specific goal like in the case of strenght building or powerlifting.

As it is, I change my workout every week now and for the last 3 weeks, its been great fun.

yeah, definitely. I am thinking about this more in perspective from the bodyweight only guys. I figure they would love something like this.

This one gets me more inspired :)

Those were some cool exercises, that's for sure, cross fit is notorious for some nice one too.

I'd get this for 50 bucks, not for 150.

Does anyone in their right mind thinks that 150 is fair for a strap?
